Although you are NOT a monster, but you totally disregarded our wishes and demands selling our home, we didn't have to rush to accept the first offer without any official counter-offer from us and without reviewing all the reports or simple wait 2, 3 or even 6 months for more offers.- I am not a realtor and i am sure that I or anyone can sale their house in this sellers market "below the market value" without the help your help, so I could list and sell my house for privately "by owner" As IS at the appraisal value or lower like you sold it, without giving the buyer an additional $15K discount, $3k credit or paying you $6200 agent commissions or without being forced to spend $2000 in new appliances and $2000 unshared closing fees and much more.... Finally, by using your real estate services, my wife and I estimated our losses from $20000 to $30000 in potential income or unnecessary expense/cost. Please let us know what you can do and offer to settle this matter respectfully between us today or should I forward my grievances elsewhere to court-mediation? Either way, I will continue to be friendly, nice and upfront with you until we resolve this matter respectfully. IMPORTANT: We are not seeking for explanation, justification, name calling or false accusation, but a simple fair and honest solution to satisfy our grievances.
