I have used Jonathan for purchasing two properties and selling one. He and his staff are very professional and hard working. Jonathan is very thoughtful and provided us with helpful recommendations which enabled us to sell our house for the price we were hoping for.

This company has been very organized with ads and great follow up . They sold a house for me that didnt sell for a few months until I followed their recommendations. They now have another lake front property for sale. Because of their recommendations, it will sell soon.

I started my search for a new home by myself. However, I met Jonathan through my work with the local government, and I immediately knew that he was going to be someone I wanted on my team. You can really tell that he loves what he does and he has his client's best interest at heart. He was available every time I had any sort of need, no matter how trivial. He was patient and explained many concepts to me, a first time home buyer, that really helped me understand the processes that we were going through. He was constantly sending suggestions and new homes to check out my way.
