Jonathan was absolutely awesome in helping us find our first home! Jonathan was timely, knowledgeable, reliable, supportive, and personable. He always responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner, was up-to-date on the current listings, scheduled showings and meetings at our first availability (which was important in the market we were looking in), and kept us in the loop with all the details, steps, and contracts involved in the home buying process. He was the perfect person to help us find our dream home!

Jonathan was very patient and professional with helping me sell my house. I was trying to sell a rental property that needed significant repairs, while living on the other side of the country. He coordinated the contractors that were needed to get the repairs done, and in the end I was able to sell the house for a better price than I expected. From the very first time I spoke to him on the phone, I felt that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. He always took the time to answer my questions (I had so many!) and never made me feel rushed. He was proactive about checking in with me often to keep me updated about the home's progress, and always replied very quickly to my emails or calls. It definitely made the stress of selling a home much easier to deal with!
