Can't recommend them enough. We had wanted to sell and get a new place but weren't sure if we could, after talking with them we realized it was possible - despite having to sell our house and find another. With their help though we're about to move into our new place. It was the most hassle/stress free (as can be expected) experience I've had. If anyone is thinking about selling or buying and isn't sure, just give them a call and talk with them, super friendly and very easy and responsive to work with. They help walk you through it step by step, no surprises. If we ever sell/buy again i'll definitely go with them.
