Jordan successfully listed and sold my home in a couple short days. He also helped us buy our new home and lined everything up perfectly. The current housing market is incredibly fast paced and Jordan was fantastic with quick communication and was available to to bring us to showings as soon as houses were available which met our criteria.

I was able to buy an amazing condex with his help, and it only took my second offer on a home to be accepted! The closing process and every step of the way was a breeze, he took his time with walking me through everything and making sure I understood everything going on. He came to the inspection when I could not, also attended the closing and final walk through. As a closing gift he got me a portrait of my dog who is the love of my life dressed as a game of thrones character. It’s those personal touches that will keep me coming back to Jordan in the future.

Being first time homebuyers, we were originally discouraged. Especially in this market. Jordan was extremely patient with us and helped us tremendously through the whole process. When it came time to close, he over delivered by helping not only us but the sellers (whose agent didn’t show for the closing) seal the deal.
