Jordan Zitoun

Mr. Zitoun was extraordinarily helpful during the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home in Dallas. He responded quickly to my requests for status updates and provided much needed guidance on various issues involving tips on making my home show ready, mortgage services, repair services, inspections, and appraisals. The process of buying, and especially selling a home, can be a dauting exercise in patience and perseverance. His professionalism graced even the most exhausting, not to mention frustrating, of circumstances. His love of helping people and making sure they are happy is evident in the manner with which he achieves successful results for his clients.

My wife and I have worked with Jordan several times. We tried several different agents, and after several bad experiences, a friend recommended Jordan.He is the oly Real Estate Agent we work with now. Jordan found our last two apartments, and when we were ready to buy, he helped us find a great house. We are currently working with Jordan on finding a commercial property. I am an extremely picky person and what I was looking for was not easy to find. Jordan was extremely patient and never once pressured me into rushing my decision. He made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for and went out of his way to find houses that were outside of the traditional MLS (which I could search through myself)

It was a great experience working with Jordan. My wife and I initially were looking to buy a house and Jordan showed us multiple properties and spent a good deal of time really finding out what we wanted and what suited our growing family. We ended up putting a contract on a house, but for a personal family reason, we had to back out of the contract. It was about 3 months of work for Jordan, and with the deal falling through, I felt bad about his time commitment only to end with nothing to show for it. We stayed in touch with Jordan and a few months later, we started to look for a house to rent, and Jordan again was great. We saw a number of properties, oftentimes with us calling him out of the blue sitting at a house we wanted to see, and Jordan stopped what he was doing and drove to meet us. We landed a great house and Jordan was very professional at negotiating the deal for us. Looking back at our experience, we could not have asked for more. We randomly met Jordan when we were beginning our house hunt, and we quickly got to know him very well. He is a stand-up guy with high character and a great work ethic. Jordan is an all around professional. He is the most respectful, honest, and down to earth agent I have ever had the privilege to know and work with. His knowledge and skills are unsurpassed by anyone in the industry. He is able to negotiate deals and truly worked to get the best price and deal for me. He is and was always there to answer my calls at any time and always followed through on my requests promptly.
