I bought my house in Orlando with Jorge. The only reason I went with him was because about a dozen mortgage brokers told me no. Due to a cloud on title on another investment property, and other impediments, no Lender could do my loan. Jorge worked diligently getting me a pre approval in 48 hours at a very low rate. This is the perfect company to sell. He SOLD my house well over asking price in 3 days in Ft. Lauderdale. Initially, he even helped me with input on renovations. My house was a complete disaster. Yet, he made it look easy, and we closed quickly, again, exceeding my asking price. A few months later I BOUGHT an investment property in Port Saint Lucie which he located for me. The funny thing though is that at the last minute, my partner backed out of the deal for personal reasons, and I thought I couldnt buy it anymore.
