The worst possible. I would give no stars if possible.

Very bizarre. Turned me (buyer) away in the driveway from his open house because I mentioned another realtor had sent me. Trumped up many reasons this short sale was worth less money, even though he was demanding a cash sale. I presume he is trying to get it for himself or a friend and abuse the bank or seller....or just ensure that he does not get a split commission. Extremely unprofessional action. Worst I have seen at looking out for the interests of his client.
