Joe Manjarrez

Joe Manjarrez just sold my wife's childhood home in Norwalk for us. I initially interviewed Joe and one other agent. The other agent was from an online realty company that advertises 1% commissions. The other agent was professional and very nice. However, Joe's knowledge of the area, market conditions and his great attitude convinced me he was the agent for us. The commission % may be slightly more with Joe's Full service real estate group but I know we walked away with more money in our pockets because we hired Joe. I think they held at least six open houses in the less than two weeks the home was on the market. We received 10 offers all at asking price or higher. When I say full service I mean it Joe had a few ideas for the landscaping and even volunteered to meet our gardener at the house to instruct him on his plan. When the appraiser insisted some repairs be made before the sell could go through Joe hired a local firm for us(saving us time and money). Joe always responded to my texts and calls and kept me informed of the progress and the next steps to come. I would recommended Joe Manjarrez to everyone in SoCal that's looking to buy or sell a home.
