Jose Sepulveda was a GODSEND to our family when we moved from out of state into CA just as all the craziness of Covid was happening. Since it became difficult for us to travel, he effectively communicated with us over video and phone. When we were able to see homes in person, he found ones that fit our exact needs and we were able to narrow down and decide which home to buy after viewing all the ones he pre-selected. Since we knew no one or anything about this area, he was our local guide for locations and other considerations when buying a home. We relied on him for so many decisions around the home buying process, and he guided us with so much care, patience, and expertise. When travel became difficult again, he functioned as a proxy for us in many regards, and made sure things were right in time for the closing. He was an advocate and trusted source through the entire process, and we are now living in the perfect home for us. I cannot recommend enough working with Jose--whether you're in town or coming from out of town. He is wonderful and we are so thankful our first connection to CA was Jose!

Jose was definitely above all of the high pressure, big promises/no work listing agents I've experienced in the past. His easy-going approach to the business of real estate definitely made my mother and I feel comfortable, particularly during such a hard time for all of us. Jose's team stayed on top of the marketing and hosted several open houses and kept me posted on all the progress. The escrow process(which I dreaded), was quick and all the office personnel were so pleasant and efficient. We even closed a few days early. Jose is flexible and works well with the unique situations we have had in both purchase of a home and sale of a rental property. He provides quick responses via text or email as well as calls when necessary. The purchase of a home near my parents was done quickly and provided the amenities we were looking for. The sale of a rental property as is was challenging but he kept looking for the right buyer.

My wife's and I experience with Jose Sepulveda was a great one as he helped us with the purchase of our first home. He made our journey as smooth as one could hope for when looking for our new home. He was there step by step always taking the time to clarify any concerns we may had at the time.
