Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Roxborough, Philadelphia, PA.Local knowledge:Process expertise:Responsiveness:Negotiation skills:Jose was able to handle the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home on the same day. He navigated repair issues for both homes, sale prices, and a few frayed nerves during a day that involved both closings and moving. Jose was calm and professional throughout the process
