Joseph Ausmus

We really enjoyed working with Joseph to find our first house. When first starting the process, he worked really hard to make sure we got into every house we were interested in as quickly as possible. He was very open and transparent when answering all of our questions, and made sure that we were getting everything we were looking for. We found the perfect home in Castle Rock, and he worked with us to make a strong offer that we were comfortable with. We appreciate all of his hard work!

Joe was an excellent agent in both the selling of our townhouse and the purchase of our newly built home. This can be a stressful process, but Joe consistently put us at ease assuring us he was looking out for everything, and he truly followed through! He was very responsive when we had questions and did whatever it took to get us the answers. He is a professional with a great personality and excellent work ethic. I highly recommend Joes services to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Joseph was beyond amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and we never felt pressured to do something or felt like he had a hidden agenda. Joseph made us feel comfortable and confident in all of our decisions and provided his opinion when we asked. For such a stressful and complicated process, he made it seem like a breeze! Communication was always timely and he made sure we understood everything happening. We could not have lucked out with a better Realtor or person and we highly recommend Joseph Ausmus Real Estate!
