It was a battle to get everything to pass inspection but after countless late nights and a lot of sweat, we did it! I can guarantee we would not have gotten into a house with out Joe! Joe was outstanding . We worked with Joe from the start. He showed us several condos in the price range we were looking at. The first condo we decided on did not work out with the seller. Joe did not miss a beat. He located several other condos with all the criteria we were looking for. He sent us all the information and went out of his way to send videos because we were in Ohio and could not fly back to see the condo. I trusted Joe to meet all the things we had asked for. When we decided on the condo Joe presented, we again had all the information at our disposal to make a decision. It worked out perfect. We now own a condo in Ft. Myers do to the work and honesty Joe put in to making us feel very comfortable with our purchase.Joe does not stop after the purchase. He was there when we arrived and has been hands on in answering any questions we had.
