I was referred to Boca Joe through a mutual business associate and I was hoping to see if I could find a 2nd home / investment property that I could use once in a while when it was not rented. (an Air B&B Situation would have been perfect) We did an extensive search of the Boca - Delray area and I never did find anything that allowed me to have the flexibility that I was looking for.
