My experience in the San Francisco real estate market includes the upturns and the downturns in the market and I have been successful in applying my skills to garner the results my clients expect. My experience includes representing sellers and buyers in purchasing single family homes, condominiums, TIC’s (tenancy in common), multi-units and commercial property. San Francisco can include some unique properties and I have my fair share of these sales including; a Victorian house with an indoor pool, a condominium used in filming a movie with Humphry Bogart and Lauren Bacall, a converted firehouse and a church turned into a home.
