Joe was excellent from the start. Our home had been on the market twice in the last couple of years with no luck. Joe brought in a home staging specialist who made a few simple suggestions that helped some of the great features of our home stand out even more. He was extremely responsive to all my questions and was available in a timely manner. Our home was under contract within 2 months and closed 1 month later.
