He has a house listed in my new neighborhood. If we had taken more notice of this house, we would not have bought one doiwn the street. The whole neighborhood is upset about the lack of even minimum care and up keep. We're all hoping it falls down, which it is slow but sure. 2912 W Allen is disgusting. Try cleaning up the yard and maybe you'll get more than a few quick walk throughs. I would neve use you as a real estate agent based on wht we see with this deplorable property. Shame on you.

I would bever buy or sell a house through Setton. Why? Because of the saftey hazard and eye sore they have for sale in my neighborhood shows they really don't care. The weeds are FOUR FOOT high in the back, only 20 inches high in the front. 2912 W Allen is a complete disgrace. They should be embarrassed to have it among their listings. They obviously don;t car eabut the sellers (out of the country) nor potential buyers...most drive up, stare, and don;t even bother goign in the house because the our=tside is so revolting. As taxpayers we should NOIT have to live like this. I did not spend good money to live in a decent neighbor hood and end up with this atrocity oin my vack yard. The mosquitos are so think, I can't even enjoy my own yard. Any business with total lack of community care is not worth doing business with. Shameless and they flaunt it.
