When my husband and I were ready to search for our first home, Joe was recommended to us. Joe and his team were great to work with. They were very honest, responsive and great with giving advice to us as new home buyers. Joe also has a background that allows him to know a lot about what to look for structurally with houses. Since my husband and I have never purchased a home, having him with us made us feel much more comfortable with things we knew nothing about. If Joe wasnt available to see a home with us, he was able to rely on his team, Jeff and Devin to help us out. We never felt like we werent a priority and he was patient and honest with us with all of our questions. We cant thank Joe and his team enough for helping us through this process. Getting ready to sell our first home and move out of state was a task with a lot of moving parts - my husband and I asked for what we thought was an impossible task...to sell and close in conjunction with our sons last week of school. This incredible team put our house on the market and within two days...had 64 showings scheduled. We had ten offers within days. Ten! It was unbelievable. I can honestly say there is not another realtor I would trust to sell a home. They treated us so well. We closed today and our sons last day is tomorrow!
