Joe Sita began his real estate career in Austin, Texas in 1984 where he worked for Bill Milburn Homes, the largest builder of single-family homes in Austin who at that time controlled 45% of the Austin residential building market. During his first full year in the real estate business Joe was the top producing sales associate for Bill Milburn Homes and remained a top producer until 1988 when he relocated his real estate career to his home State of Pennsylvania. In Pennsylvania, Joe joined Roach Brothers Realtors, the market leader in home sales along the Main Line. Once again, Joe became a top producer and, in 1990, Roach Brothers Realtors tapped Joe to manage their Exton Office. Over the next 5 years Joe more than doubled production at the Exton Office.
