Let me begin by saying Joe was absolutely fantastic as our realtor and we highly recommend him. From the first contact through to the last time we met, he went above and beyond in each step of the process of managing the purchase of our new home. He was available, communicative, and above all, exceptionally professional and friendly. We were impressed with his knowledge of Philadelphia real estate as well as his follow through in researching questions that came up. Joe handled all of the interactions with the seller and the whole thing was a breeze. He helped us negotiate the ideal cost and all the associated details to meet our unique needs and very specific purchasing situation. Joe went the extra mile in so many ways, even buying a little outfit for the baby we are expecting and a lovely bottle of wine as gifts for the closing. He was just so nice, a genuinely great guy. In sum, Joe exceeded our expectations and continued to impress us- we plan to work with him again in the future.

Joseph delivered on everything he promised in both the selling of my condo and the purchase of my (dream) home. I had a signed contract for the home I purchased within 5 business days of it going on the market and I was able to buy below the list price. Additionally, I had a buyer for my condo within 3 days of it going on the market and I was able to sell above the list price. This was because Joseph was very knowledgeable about the housing market and he negotiated tirelessly on my behalf. He was very organized and made what could have been an overwhelming process (selling, buying, and moving on the same day!), very easy and simple.

I started shopping for a home in the Spring of 2017 and from start to finish Joe was so patient and helpful in finding me the perfect home. He made the whole process of shopping and buying a house such a pleasant and easy process. I thought the process was going to be very long and stressful but Joe couldn't have made it easier. He is truly a whiz explaining each document and keeping you informed during the whole buying process. Joe is very knowledgeable of Philadelphia neighborhoods and did a great job of matching me to a neighborhood that fits my personality but is also very convenient for work. I honestly can't recommend Joe enough and 5/5 stars still doesn't do him justice. Joe has gained a client for life with me, and he's the only realtor I will ever use!

Just used Joe to sell my Wynnewood, PA home Spring 2018. Fantastic agent. Fabulous photography and online savvy. He generated tons of showing and the home sold in a month. Even went the extra mile by driving to the home days before settlement to meet inspector (when I was trapped at work) so that permits could be closed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10/10!
