Joe was as attentive as we could have hoped for in selecting our Rehoboth Beach area home and prior condo purchase. He helped us narrow down our objectives, the must haves and what constraints we needed to be realistic about and from that helped us find a great condo that we now generate revenue from and home that we enjoy just minutes from downtown. While we have worked with several other realtors in other markets, Joe is definitely top of my list and has earned repeat business when we decide to buy again or sell.

Our search started and ended with Joe, who very patiently took us through several iterations of "this is the one". His knowledge of the area and the market was beyond helpful, as was his understanding of the challenges of building a new home in Rehoboth. More importantly Joe's assistance and support proved invaluable when the purchase process took an unexpected turn. As good faith eroded his advocacy for our position saved the deal. Joe became our single point of contact through to the closing. Each time his help or perspective were needed he got back to us without hesitation and he leveraged his many resources to keep things moving. And after closing Joe has been more than happy to suggest local providers (and restaurants). We were so impressed with Joe's support we recommended him to facilitate the sale of complex lend/lease property for a relative - who is equally impressed with the level of service Joe provides.

Joe was amazing to work with. He is so available, responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He has amazing knowledge of all that matters in the market and makes great recommendations. We have recommended him to friends and they loved him too! We will use Joe again.

I recently moved to Delaware from Pennsylvania. Moving to another state was something I've never done before and of course I was a little scared, but excited. I contacted and got to know Joe a few months before putting my home up for sale. Due to low inventory, my home sold on day one. Now I had to find a place and this is where Joe came in handy. Due to my distance, I wasn't able to visit every home that came on the market. Joe would do the foot work, then send me video tours. Once I found my new home, Joe led me through the entire process with ease. He was truly organized, dedicated and professional. I'm truly grateful.

Joe assisted my husband & I in selecting a transitional home that would work for us when we moved from out of state. He quickly set up search filters for us so we could view appropriate properties, and when we were ready he set up viewings for any property that we liked. When we were ready to sell that home Joe was an asset in listing that property with an attractive listing and photos. He successfully negotiated the sale of that home while also assisting us in the purchase of a new place.
