Joe was great to work with. He was always stayed in contact as we were starting our search and was ready to help. Once we found a house he guided us through the process of purchasing and was always on top of everything as it progressed. Very thorough, very organized and very helpful. [ link omitted ]. I just thought one of them looked nice and scheduled a viewing. That was how I met Joe. He called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I didnt think I was ready to buying a house but decided to go see it anyways. Joe was nice, friendly and professional. He showed me in and out around the house, explained every question I might have, and had me fall in love with the place I didnt even think I wanted. Then it came down to how I can purchase the house, my credit wasnt the best and I dont even know anything about the paperworks involved. Joe promised to do the best he can to get me that house, and sure he did. He referred me to a couple of trusted lenders, and said I should just apply and see what I could get. I followed his advice and tried a few of them, and i actually got approved, even with my ok credit score. Then it came down to negotiating, i had no idea where to start, and again Joe guided me on what he thought was fair offer and counter offer, I was like I have nothing to lose anyways and made his offer. To my surprise it got accepted! So I went from just casually going to a viewing to owning a home, thanks to Joe. You think it would end there right? Nope it didnt, when I moved in I wanted some renovations, Joe sent me his handy man that charged a fair prize. Then my toilets started having problems, I called Joe and he still showed up to help me figure it out and what I could get from Home Depot to fix it myself to save me some money on calling a plumber. And I am confident that should I have any problems in the future with my home, I can always rely on him to either advise me on how to solve it or get a good Referal to someone that can. So I am recommending him 100% if you need any help purchasing a property, it was like dealing with a close friend or family member that you can always count on even after the purchase. So thanks Joe for everything. I couldnt be happier with my home and still cant believe I am a home owner with so much ease because of you.
