Joe Ybarra helped me in every single aspect of seling my house including home inspection, termite inspection, contractors for repair, movers and he followed up every single phase during this process. I had an unpleasant experience with another realtor and was very apprehensive to continue the process of selling my house. After meeting with Joe and having several phone conversations I decided to move forward with the sale of my home. I do not regret that decision at all, Joe listened to everything I said and he made sure to pay extra attention to the things I stated I was most worried about. Within 3 months my house was sold and I was on my way to the new location.
