Our family has worked with Jo on three separate transactions. She sold my mom’s house in Daly City, helped my sister purchase a brand new home in Brentwood and just yesterday, we closed escrow on a beautiful home in Oakley. I’ve worked with other Realtors before, but honestly, Jo is exactly what I have been looking for in a Realtor. She’s honest, professional, accessible, trustworthy, very down to earth and makes herself available as much as she can. Since I live in Southern California, it was quite a challenge finding a property in the Bay Area. Jo always did a great job of scheduling as many showings as she could when she knew I’d be in town. She took the time to know what was important to me in a property and would then forward properties based on my preferences. I wish more Realtors were like her. In the past, I would just get a random list of properties even though most of them did not fit my needs. Even though she has lots of other clients, she never made me feel rushed or as if she didn’t have time for me. Jo always made time to answer my many questions and emails in a timely manner. She always answered my questions within the same day, often that same night. Jo is a very hard working professional. We followed her detailed advice for setting up our home for sale, and we were rewarded with the best gain we have ever had in our lives. It was a long process, and a struggle, but we put our faith in Jo at every decision point. When it came time for the pre-sale inspections and form-filling, she went over and above. She appeared at our front door as if by magic, when ever we had a meeting or complicated form to complete. Her presentation of our house was the best I've seen, and our neighbors commented that the 3d tour was awesome, and impressive. It did the job. Or, I should say, Jo did the job!
