This was my second transaction with Josh & Sarah, and I highly recommend them! Last year, they helped me sell a house for top dollar, less than two weeks after listing it. This time, Josh was able to negotiate to the price we wanted on our new purchase, and even recommended some very thorough inspectors who detected some hidden minor flaws, which he then leveraged to get the seller to give us another $2000 in closing credits! Josh is always easy to get a hold of, and was great with keeping me updated throughout the whole process.. and he really fights to get you the best deal.
