We absolutely loved working with Josh when it came to finding our home. He always communicated effectively with us no matter what time. We had many random questions since we were first time home buyers and he always answered them without batting an eye. He was honest with all the homes we asked to see and when we asked, gave his honest opinion. It was refreshing. Rather than trying to shove homes down our throat, he let us feel it out and didnt make us feel bad about not wanting a particular home. He stayed very hopeful even when we had our doubts about finding a home fit for us, but low and behold, after what felt like a 1000 showings, we found our home with everything we wanted. His patience is a godsend. He even gave us a cute little gift when we signed. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. I recommend him 10 times over any other realtor.
