Josh Lashaway

I'm Josh Lashaway, a full-time REALTOR® with Williams & Company Real Estate, a boutique brokerage in downtown Lubbock. Real estate is my only focus, and my goal on every deal is the same: give clients a high level of service at every price point and help them make smart decisions about what is usually their largest financial asset. I grew up in Seminole, Texas, and those West Texas roots still shape how I work — show up, do what you say, and treat people right. I went to South Plains College and graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in business marketing and management. I worked several jobs to get through school debt-free and built a landscaping company to more than seventy accounts along the way.
