Josh was the perfect realtor for my wife and I when we purchased our first home. We looked at multiple homes and had even been under contract for land at one point to build a home on. Throughout the process, Josh was extremely patient with us and supported every decision we made, ultimately deciding not to purchase the land. Josh was always available and always had thorough answers to all our questions. Josh's relaxed and professional demeanor helped put us at ease throughout the stressful process and he was genuinely happy for us when we finally purchased our home. We chose to work with people Josh recommended (home inspector, lender etc.) and ended up extremely satisfied with their services and closed on our home one month after making an offer. We cannot recommend Josh enough. As much as we love our new home, we are just as happy with our choice to have worked with Josh
