In Chad Vincent ’s own words “The High Country is so much more than just another small mountain resort area. It’s the place where I have met lifelong friends, developed my career, donated many hours to the community and still manage to find time to play on the mountain- in essence, I discovered a place to grow roots- to call home.” After growing up in the real estate and development business, Chad Vincent obtained his real estate license at the early age of 19 while attending UNC-Chapel Hill. Upon graduating in 2002 with 2 degrees, Chad found his way back to his mountain community and began working in the family business at Vincent Properties Inc. Chad Vincent is now the Broker in Charge of Vincent Properties and a member of Team Vincent, working alongside his father, Jay Vincent and Melissa Boone. Chad Vincent has served on the Grievance & Professional Standards Committee since 2006, as local director since 2012 and currently is the President Elect of the High Country Association of REALTORS.
