Joshua cook was an amazing realtor I would recommend him to anyone. He knows what hes doing and he goes above and beyond to help his clients. He always answers the phone unless hes driving and he always calls you back quickly when he misses you call. He was always polite and patient. He always answered all my questions to the best of his ability. Hes great. We recently closed on a house and I love it. Thank you, Josh!! 5 stars!

Josh didn't find the purchased property for us, as we had found it on line and wanted help acquiring it from 650 miles away. He hit the ground running, and was adept at making an offer in a matter of a few hours. His quick action is a big part of our success in making the purchase. What a kind and very patient man he is! I came into the home buying experience completely inexperienced and true to his word, he helped me, without pressure, without an expectation that I would purchase a home from him or anyone.
