Walking down the street with Josh in downtown Mill Valley is like walking around with the mayor. He seems to know everyone, and he knows what properties are on the market, coming on the market, and even some that never hit the market. Second, he spent a ton of time with us, getting to know us on a personal level, driving us around, negotiating and closing our deal, and helping us with renovation plans and ideas. Third, when we found a house we liked, he was on it like a bulldog, in constant contact with us and the other side (even while he was on vacation), and negotiated a great deal. We only had to put in one offer to get a house we loved, which as two busy parents, we really appreciated. Fourth, Josh is also a successful developer and builder in Mill Valley, which is incredibly helpful both during and after the sale process. Fifth, while our house is on the lower-end of the price spectrum in Mill Valley, and Josh deals in much larger and more expensive properties, he never made us feel like we were anything but his most valuable clients. Sixth, and most important, Josh is simply a lovely and fun person to spend time with.
