osh Dix went above and beyond in helping us to find our dream home. We told him what we were looking for in a home and found just that for us. He also worked closely and worked very diligently with the lender in getting them everything they needed, even though they were very hard to deal with at times, Josh kept his cool and remained professional and helpful. In the end, everything went through and we are now first time home buyers and loving our new home, Thanks again Josh for everything!!
