Joshua was a friend of my husband's before we used him as our realtor, but I feel like through the process he became a friend of both of ours. He was really, really patient with us as we spent forever trying to figure out what we wanted and were looking for and was super accommodating of our changing budget and criteria. He was also very responsive and quick about getting back to us on houses we wanted to see and scheduling showings and flexible in accommodating when we were available. We also really came to trust and value his opinion and used him as a sounding board a lot when it came to certain homes and their values, asking prices, and whether the house would be a good fit for us. We came very close to putting in offers on a couple houses before deciding not to and Josh was very patient and really did just want us to find the house that would right for us. He ultimately did helook is get that right one!

Josh did an excellent job helping to sell our home while I was deployed overseas. Great person to work with. Really cares about the individual and what they need. When it came time for us to buy a new home, he did everything he could to find us the perfect home. We are so happy to have had Josh there to help us.

Josh did a great job with both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. He helped us get a great deal on the sale of our old house(while I was deployed overseas) and when I returned home, he helped us get a great home in the area we wanted to be. Thanks Josh!

Josh helped us sell our home in a week. This was after perpetually being under contract (three times over a three month period) with a different realtor. The professional photos Josh had taken of our home (something he paid for out of his own pocket) made a night and day difference with our new listing and when our buyer held the sale hostage over a ceiling fan remote that no longer changed the speeds of the fan, Josh bought a new fan and installed it for us, again out of his own pocket. Josh clearly went above and beyond for us. It is worth noting his negotiation skills, he knows what he's doing. I appreciated his aggressive approach when it came to finding us the best deal. Everyone deserves a realtor who works to get them the best deal and we felt Josh did exactly that for us! He saved us a lot of money but never once sacrificed the level of service to us, as a result. I seriously never hope to move again (it has been so stressful, primarily the last three months we spent with the other realtor); however, if we ever do move again we hope to be able to work with Josh. He put our worries to rest and we can't thank him enough!

By far the best experience I have ever had when both selling and buying a house. Josh worked closely with us and actually listened to what we wanted. After wasting 4 incredibly long months going through 3 different realtors, we happened upon Josh. In under a week, we looked at several different homes and found our dream home. Josh negotiated extremely well to get us above the competition. I wish we had started with Josh since he was extremely efficient and also very kind to us.
