I have known Josh for several years now and I have done multiple business deals with him. He is a no-nonsense communicator and he is an excellent negotiator. In fact, he has been successful in negotiating positive outcomes in every transaction he has handled for me. I would highly recommend Josh for any and all real estate transactions, either as a buyer's agent or as a listing agent. He was easy to work with, organized and efficient. He returned calls and texts promptly and kept us updated on everything. Because I did most of the house hunting research on-line, Joshua didn't have to work on finding a property that met our criteria so I can't comment on that. Although he didn't negotiate the price, he did advise us as to what was reasonable. He is also a contractor and could advise on renovations. We enjoyed working with him.
