Josh was a wonderful person to have on my side when going into the Property Negotiation and purchasing of our home. Growing up in another country we were not aware of the process that it took to purchase a property. Josh took his time to explain several things to us and help us with external people that were also honest and gave great support.Josh, was there pretty much 24/7 and was always on the lookout for me and my family. Josh helped us buy our new home in March of 2020 before the shut down due to Covid-19 then helped list and quickly! sell our previous home in May of 2020 after the real estate market opened back up. Josh was a very no-pressure agent on our end but did what he had to do so the deals got done on his end. There were multiple times during the shut down where Josh continued working hard for us, whether it be an issue we had with the plumbing at our new house or just helping get answers on a time-sensitive inspection that had to be cleared through the shutdown county offices. Cant say enough good things about Josh. 10/10 would recommend Josh to anyone who is looking for a realtor.

From start to finish, Josh was great to work with! Prior to listing, he helped us find someone to complete several home improvement projects we had not been able to finish ourselves. Once listed I was surprised at how fast we had an offer on our house. Our home sold quickly & for a great price - in the middle of winter!
