Josh is as good as it gets. He helped us sell our Johnson County home in less than four days. I have had the opportunity to work with Josh as both a buyer's agent and seller's agent. When I was buying my house, I was introduced to Josh when I found a house in Missouri and my agent was not licensed in MO. Josh took over for my agent. We signed a contract on a house in May and weren't able to close until August. There were issues with getting financing and Josh was there every step of the way! He helped me to understand exactly what was going on and worked hard with my loan officer to get the loan approved.Just over a year later, we were in a position to relocate out of state and we called Josh to sell our home.
