Joshua Katz

He is very hard working and honest. He goes all the way to accommodate your needs. Highly recommend anyone looking to sell or buy a home. He is an expert and will take the time to help. Don't use anyone other than Joshua and his team.

Joshua Katz and team sold mu house fast and got me my asking price.Great seller. He had all parties interest in mind and helped us throughout the whole process

Josh was amazing. He was helpful from the inception. He was always available and consuled us every step of the way with a great degree of integrity. Throughout the sale of our home, we weren't even there. Josh had our keys and pretty much took charge of all aspects of our home. We felt that his service was very individualized specifically for us. Our only regret is that we cannot use him for the purchase of our next home and the rental of our condo because these are and will be located in Florida. We highly recommend him. Josh, thank you again, we are so grateful!!!!!!

Joshua helped us find the perfect house. He knew what we were looking for and brought us an amazing house and for an amazing deal. He helped us thru the whole process and afterwards too. He's an amazing guy, and amazing to deal with.

We had a wonderful experience with Joshua Katz. He was honest and respectful and always available. We would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy, rent or sell to contact him.
