We were introduced to the McKnight team by our realtor Chris Griswold who was highly recommend to us by one of his client's. As first time buyers Chirs guided us step by step throughout the process of buying a house .All questions were answered in a friendly and professional manner ,he also gave us his honest opinions in choosing the right house ,he was able to negotiate with the seller on certain areas that needed to be taken care of before the deal was done. We recently used services of Josh and Jenn McKNight team to purchase our property. It was owned by Fannie Mae and we had no prior experience of working with them. Fortunately, Jenn did. She patiently guided us through entire process and made herself available whenever needed. Once we placed an offer, Jenn stayed on top of it, stayed in close contact with us and provided frequent updates of the progress. It was great working with Jenn and Josh McKnight. Jenn did a great job researching the area, and we both agreed on the asking price for my renovation project. We got the house on the market quickly and were able to find a buyer very soon at a great price. The McKnight team took care of all the details and made the process of closing the deal very smooth and painless. I was clearly informed of all the details before I got to the closing, and everything went fine. Laura Jarrett and the rest of the team took care of the necessary inspections and paperwork, which I was able to sign on my phone! Meanwhile, while Jenn was busy working on my deal, Josh was able to take the time to show me several properties, in the search of my new renovation project. All in all, it was a great experience and I will continue to use The McKnight team in the future
