Josh is absolutely THE BEST realtor that I have worked with. He recently helped us purchase the second property in the Atlanta area. He is very knowledgeable about the market, provided us with thoughtful and strategic advice throughout the whole process, including prior, during and post closing. It was a pleasure working with Josh selling my condo, so glad I chose him. He is very knowledgeable and responsive, addressing any questions I had promptly. Really nice demeanor. Initially he outlined the entire process for me. I was in control of all showings and got to choose the closing date that worked best for me. I am SO glad that we worked with Josh to buy our first home. I couldn't recommend him enough!I was very nervous about the homebuying process (in the craziest time to buy!), but he made the whole process extremely easy, even fun. I always felt like I was in capable hands, and he had my best interests at heart and would advocate for me. He always made me feel like I was a top priority (even though Josh seems to really be hustling). He was always available to answer any questions I had - day or night, email, text, call, whatever I preferred. He made it easy to work around my work schedule to take me to showings (on the weekends, after 5 PM, etc). He was so prompt to follow up with me with any news - shows, pending offers. I didn't even have to ask our status at any point because he was on top of everything. He checked in with us after we moved in to make sure we were set up.
