- Joshua showed me homes
It was not good. I only listed him as the agent because he did take us to the model initially, and I felt obligated to do so. I never saw him again. He was not involved in the process and it makes me sick to think of the fat commission he earned. During my dealings with him prior to that he lacked basic knowledge and didn't listen to our wants/needs, but rather attempted to push his own agenda.

He is only after the commission he get after buying or selling a house. I still regret to this day that I chose him as my realtor.
