  • Josh listed and sold my home

Josh is the worst real estate agent who ever represented me. He doesn't know anything about market value. My house had 37 acres and THE BEST VIEW ANYWHERE IN TELLURIDE. Josh listed this amazing property for $4.25 million, then convinced my wife and me to take a $4 million offer. The buyer did cosmetic repairs---they actually did more damage to the landscaping than their mostly terrible improvements---then sold it a few months later for $7.5 million! This is the first time I've ever even heard of a real estate agent getting a property appraisal wrong by 87.5%. Josh and his wife are nice people, but they are not giving their clients the quality of service they deserve. They need to find a more appropriate profession before they do more damage.
