Josh not only knows his stuffhes great at explaining it, and hes patient. Hes spent countless hours on the phone with usmaking sure were informed and able to own our decisions about buying a home. The advice he gives is creative and always has our best interests at heart.

We would 100 percent recommend Joshua Smith to be anyones real estate agent. He helped us buy our new home, as well as sell our old home. He made the process as seamless as it could have possibly been because of his great knowledge of the industry. He would also share his personal experiences of buying and owning a home that was invaluable to us. He was a great advocate for us on both transactions and was always available via text or phone call. The listing price he helped us come up with for our former home hit the nail on the head. He also put together great presentations and marketing materials that we know helped sell our home in just a few days. Overall he treated us like we were his only clients and we really appreciated his sense of urgency and his great personality.
