I dont usually do reviews of a service this comprehensive, but I felt compelled to share our experience. I dont know if I have the right words to describe Josiah Beam and the service we received from him during the sale of our home. We moved from Texas to California and the distance created challenges trying to prepare the house for sale but Josiah was a god-send. He took care of everything we needed and then some. His communication throughout the process was amazing. Every time we thought of the house and status he was already texting updates. There was a storm while we were away and he offered to drive by the home to ensure things were ok. Bottom line is Josiah went above and beyond the call with his service. We would absolutely recommend him, he has definitely gained a repeat customer in us.
