Jovelyn Hawkins

I was the buyer of a single family home and was represented by Mrs. Hawkins throughout the buying process. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. There wasn't a single detail that was overlooked. She looks out for you in every aspect. Knows how to protect you as a buyer or seller in every way possible. Very tough negotiator (and I'm not just saying that. Take my word for it). Not one corner was cut. In my opinion, there isn't another agent that has better morals. She is truly on your side.

Jovelyn gave us great advise regarding the preparation of the sale and value for our home. Our townhouse was sold in one weekend, we are from the Reston, Virginia area. We had a great experience with Jovelyn Hawkins. She was patient and listened to our needs and was upfront through out the entire process. Her professionalism, availability, flexibility and knowledge of the market made for a smooth transition. Finally the process was easy to manage and exciting. I would highly recommend Jovelyn Hawkins for your real state needs.
