While browsing a new development I met Joy a few years prior to deciding to sell our home. I remember the impression she made upon my wife and I from that first meeting. Because of that impression, I used her to sell my home 2 years later. She and her team were OUTSTANDING and very attentive to our needs. She was not only knowledgeable, but supportive in what we were looking to accomplish. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to list their home. Joy and her assistant Robyn were fantastic and I cannot be more pleased to have used their services I had not sold property before so had many questions, changed my mind numerous times and never felt I was "bothering" them. My calls were always answered and/or returned. Joy had given suggestions on showing my home, what to keep and what to remove, and more then once I heard the comment "it looks like a model home". Not all real estate agents are created equal! Dayna Graziano was the 3rd agent we dealt with when we moved recently from Okla to the Toms River, NJ area. You would do well to go to her 1st, then you'll only need one. Dayna was responsive, listened well so she understood our wants and needs and is saavy to the local real estate market. She didn't try to oversell or push Keller Williams listings that weren't right for us and she also has great follow-through. After we made a successful offer (and we looked at a LOT houses), she continued to follow the process to get it out of attorney review and closed as quickly as possible. She definitely went above and beyond.

We recently decided to sell our home and upgrade into something bigger for our growing family. After high recommendation from a friend we gave Joy a call but planned on interviewing other agents. Well, after the first meeting with Joy we were so confident in her ability that we canceled any other interviews! Upon listing our home, her team had a professional photographer come out that week and our house was on the market by the weekend! Then we had an offer and acceptance by the following weekend! We had even found our dream home with her team and we could not be more thankful! Her assistant, Robin was incredibly helpful if we ever had a question or concern! I cannot say enough good things about The Joy Bearden Group. Would recommend to anyone trying to buy or sell a home!!!!

WE SOLD OUR HOME IN 2 DAYS!!!!! Obviously, you can tell from the above that Joy and her team were awesome. Our sale process was very emotional. My father had passed away, my younger brother was leaving for boot camp with the US Air Force and my mom just couldn't maintain her Bayville house on her own anymore. It was time to move on. As a professional mortgage lender I know a ton of agents, and I was very involved in the process. Joy was actually the listing agent on this home when my parents bought it back in 2006 and just happened to be the agent I was referred to by a friend. She remembered the house well, remembered my family and took care of us. She knows Bayville like the back of her hand. She helped us determine a fair list price, took amazing pictures and video for the listing which went live on the 4th of July and we received a full price offer 2 days later! The closing took place on time, everything went smooth and my Mom was ecstatic. Yes, the sale of the house was bittersweet but Joy and her team made sure there was no added stress whatsoever. I purchased a home in July of 2016 in Tinton Falls, NJ and I honestly can say that Robin Morris did an absolute awesome job. I was able to explain to her what I was looking for in a house and within an hour she sent me several houses. It was a great feeling knowing that wheather I called her morning, noon or night, she answered that phone. She just kept thing moving for me and we narrowed it down to looking at three homes and fell in love with the last one. She was great at negotiating the price for us and accomplished exactly what we could afford. She has wonderful contacts as far as inspection and mortgage companies. I felt like a princess that didnt have to worry about anything except for moving in! If I ever think about moving again, there is no doubt in my mind that Robin would be my first call!

This team is very knowledgeable and knows their business very well. I would use them again and am referring all my family and friends to them as well. Trust me, you will not be disappointed USE them to get your house sold. They sold ours in a week. No sale sign even made it to the lawn. What can we say, SUPERB!!!!! Five stars in our eyes.
