I wouldn't use anyone else. She is very professional and always quick to respond. When I was selling my second home, she gave the best advise for preparing it for sale and had a contract within 7 days of listing it. The first home she sold for me, she knew someone interested in buying it before it was listed and even got full price! When I was searching to buy, she talked to me at length to determine what I was interested in and within 3 showings, I found my home. She has also been the agent for several of my family members. She works hard to get us the best price whether selling or buying and makes it a stress free experience.

She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced, accessible, and inclusive.As first-time home buyers, I expected the process to be challenging and confusing. That was not the case, thanks to Joy. She did a great job of explaining everything in such a way that kept us in the loop but also didn't go over our heads. Joy went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From the start she asked generally what we were looking for as far as size, location, amenities, etc. After that, she began sending us all kinds of potential properties for us to choose from. She was extremely accessible as far as showing us houses and communicating with us. Any time we wanted to look at a house, she was happy to meet up with us and show us around despite short notice. Any time I had a question or concern, she was available by text, phone, or email, and was quick to respond. Once she helped us find our dream house, she jumped on the opportunity. She was quick to write up and submit a very professional offer that resulted not only in us getting the house, but also had the seller pay most of the closing costs. Joy will fight to get you the best deal possible without losing out on the property that you love.
