My family of four and I recently moved from Texas to Colorado. We foundan agent to sell our house in Texas from friends. Our agent in Texas recommended we try using Joy Fraser as our agent to find a home in Colorado. We are so glad we did! Once we knew we would be moving to the area I decided to leave my kids with family and join my husband on a business trip out to Denver. While he worked I planned to meet with Joy to explore different parts of the Denver area. Joy picked me up from the hotel we stayed in and drove me to look at two houses in each of the areas around the Denver area that met our search criteria. I knew right away we were a good fit to work together. She herself is a mom and has two children around the same age as mine. When I told her I was expecting our third child she was able to tell me about hospitals in the area and recommend a couple of OBGYNs. That first day she treated me to lunch and spent the entire day showing me homes. The second day we spent a half day together before accomplishing our goal. My second trip to Colorado my husband did not have to work, and we brought our kids with us. I worried about taking the kidswith us to look at homes all day since they are five and two. Joy suggested I try taking them to Kidstown, a local drop in daycare franchise. The kids had fun, and my husband, Joy and I looked at many homes in two different parts of the area to try to find our home. Again she treated us to lunch and we enjoyed our time with her. The next day she suggested we meet at Monkey Business, an indoor play area so the kids could play while the three of us drew up the offer on the home we chose. I loved that she met our needs as parents in addition to our regular needs as clients. It made the process of finding a neighborhood, home and finally purchasing that home so much easier. She made sure we were prepared for the closing and recommended a great mortgage broker that also made the process so easy. Joy was responsive via text, phone calls and emails throughout the process. I know she was busy with her own family, other clients and closing on her own home while working with us but always made time to answer our questions and help. She was very knowledgeable about the Denver area, which helped people like us from across the country find what we needed. She recommended things as requested like a sitter I have lined up for my kids this week. I enjoyed her laid back demeanor and humor and would definitely recommend her to anyone in the future. Working with Joy Fraser has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. We moved here from Texas and were working with another agent originally.
