Joy Gilder

Meet Joy, she was born and raised in Tucson AZ. After completing her business degree at the University of Arizona, she began working for Travelers Insurance Company. She was soon transferred to Denver with their employee benefits department. Joy fell in love with Denver and has lived here ever since. Joy’s favorite part of working in the insurance arena was the people - her clients and looking for that connection in her career. Retiring from that industry to raise her two boys, Joy stayed busy remodeling several residences and integrally involved in building their current family home. She has always had a love for architecture, design, building and real estate. Joy jumped at the opportunity to join Slifer Smith & Frampton - Denver.
