I am a seasoned professional, having served in the Real Estate industry for 23 years. After serving buyers and sellers for many years, I moved into Transaction Management. I am the Transaction Manager for Colorado Home Finder Realty, where I work with 70+ Real Estate Brokers. I assist them from Contract to Close...maintaining files, communicating with all parties to each transaction, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance. I have also enjoyed serving Realtors in other states as a licensed Real Estate Assistant for several years. That afforded me a great opportunity to meet many different people and cultivate a large network of like-minded people!
