Joyce Aparicio

Joyce Aparicio enjoys working at Coldwell Banker as a full-time Realtor. Her interest in the Real Estate industry began when she was only 17, and learned about mortgages. In 2008, while still studying at the University of Connecticut (UConn), Joyce passed the real estate classes for the states of Connecticut and New York. Two years later, she graduated from UConn with an Honor’s medal and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduation, Joyce pursued real estate at Buyer’s Capital. In 2011, she continued in Real Estate at Prestige Properties, which Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage acquired later that year. Having grown up in West Hartford, Joyce receives great satisfaction helping the elderly community in her town by volunteering at the West Hartford Town Hall and also participating in local charity events dedicated to helping her country, Peru.
